Manufactured with HDPE plastic material, Xmaster Technique Plates have the same 450 diameters as standard full-size Olympic bumper plate, but in a much lighter. With 50.4 collar opening, also meet the IWF standard. IWF standard and quality give you the best Olympic feeling. The technique plate are suitable for almost all Olympic barbell. Olympic WL Technique are sold as pairs and available to order in KG or LB increments ( (5lb, 10lb / 2.5kg, 5kg). The technique plate are recommend to be dropped on rubber flooring and used indoors.
